Consumables:

Metal & Plastic Film Frames: 6”, 8” & 12”

Dicing Tape: Order a free sample of any spec dicing tape at the width roll you need. Sliontec tape features Equally Expansible Non-Halogen backing. Spaces between chips are well fixed. Reactive Polymeric Adhesive (no pollution on surface). Other products cause an adhesive residue.

Surfactants: BPS “Better Process Solution” by Air Products.
