United States and Canadian Buyers have the option to pay by
CREDIT CARD (Visa or Master), CASHIER'S CHECK, or
BUSINESS/PERSONAL CHECK within 5 days of listing ending date.
International Buyers must pay by Wire Transfer. Paypal,
checks and credit cards are not accepted for international
We will ship however you prefer, UPS, FedEx, Freight,
Greyhound, USPS, etc to ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD that you want.
You have the option of arranging your own shipping if you
prefer. We are not in the business of making money on
shipping, so you will get the best shipping price. We don't
use eBay's auto-calculated shipping because we've noticed
that it is much more expensive than it should be on some
items. You MUST contact us after the auction so that we can
arrange your shipping costs BEFORE paying for the item.
Shipping insurance is an available option and is usually
recommended, if not required. Loss or damage liabilities
during transit can be mitigated by purchasing Shipping
Insurance as the Seller cannot be held responsible for items
loss and damage during transit.
International buyers are responsible for all import customs
We can likely save you LOTS of shipping costs when you buy
multiple items and ship them together.
PAYMENT, REFUNDS & WARRANTIES
We Pride ourselves on 100% customer satisfaction, our top
priority is your complete satisfaction. Most of our items
include a 30-Day Warranty; the warranty is 100% parts and
labor. In most cases we are to perform the labor, so if a
warranty item malfunctions, the buyer is responsible to ship
it back to us so that we may repair it. If we cannot repair
it, we will give you a 100% refund, less shipping costs. If
we can repair it, we will ship it back out to you. In some
circumstances, it will be logical and cost effective to have
the work performed by a local technician in your area and we
will pay for the costs of those repairs. This use of this
option is at the discretion of the seller.
We do not provide refunds on the original or return
shipping. If the item arrived damaged, save all packaging,
and do not return it. YOU MUST NOTE THE ON THE BILL OF
LADING any damages that may have occurred during shipping
and take photos of damage if possible, otherwise, a claim
against the shipping company could likely be rejected.
