The Jeio Tech ISF-7100 incubated shaker is a large capacity shaker capable of handling up to 77.2 lbs and heavy workload shaking with rapid heating performance. It features a microprocessor PID control; three-point temperature calibration / automatic tuning; a brushless motor and triple cam system that support heavy loads, quiet, maintenance-free operation, and delivers high-torque at high speeds and smooth rotation. The automatic shaking speed adjustment is beneficial in case of excessive workload, unbalanced placement, unusual vibrations caused by an unstable floor, or external shock. The smooth start and stop functions prevent chemical spills from their vessels.

The ISF-7100 is controlled by a touchscreen LCD display with clear icons and logical menus. The timer is easily set from 1 minute to 999 hours 59 minutes. Samples can be monitored through use of the viewing window on the inclined lid with the aid of the bright interior LED lamps. The lid is supported by gas struts that provide smooth motion for soft openings and closings.

The shaking platform always returns to its starting position, which is beneficial for automated dosing or sampling procedures. Your samples safe, thanks to over-current protection, and if the power is interrupted, the shaker will automatically run once it is restored. It also has a triple-independent temperature monitor system which sets the high/low limits, sounds an alarm should the temperature deviate from those limits, and provides a mechanical over-temperature limiter.

All of the equipment we sell is used and reconditioned. Our technicians test all equipment to confirm that it operates properly and to the manufacturer’s specifications. While we can’t test for a specific analytical application, we will do our best to simulate the conditions under which the equipment will be run. If you have particular testing requirements or requests please let us know and we’ll work with you to make sure these requirements are addressed during testing.
