Eligibility: The draw is open to all locations where a prize can be mailed, and excluding employees (and all persons with whom they are related) of LabX, the contest sponsors, and affiliated companies.
Odds of Winning: Only one winner will be chosen from a random drawing to take place by the 10th of the following month. The chance of being selected as the winner depends on the total number of eligible entries received. This draw is void where prohibited or restricted by law and is subject to all federal, provincial and local laws and regulations.

- Only one entry per email address. No purchase necessary. All eligible persons may enter by completing the online form available at http://www.labx.com/v2/Contests/GuessTheMolecule.cfm. Any person entering the contest more than once from an email address will be automatically disqualified.
- Each Guess the Molecule Contest starts on the first day of day of each month 12:01 AM EST and ends of the last day of each month 11:59 PM EST.
- All entries in the Guess the Molecule contest become the property of LabX.com.
- Only one winner will be selected from a random drawing to take place by the 10th day of the following month.
- The selected winner will be awarded the prize listed under "This Month’s Prize".
- To be eligible, entries must be received on or before 11:59 PM EST on the contest closing date (the last day of the month). LabX.com is not responsible for any entries which are incomplete, lost, destroyed, delayed, or not transmitted due to technical failure, however caused.
- The selected winner will be notified by phone or e-mail within 72 hours of the draw. In the event that the selected winner does not comply with these Contest Rules and Regulations, an alternate entrant will be selected from the remaining entries.
- Participation in the Guess the Molecule contest permits LabX to post the winner's name on the website in an area designated for past winners and past contest molecules (no email or contact information will be displayed).
- Participation in the Guess the Molecule contest, all entrants agree to be bound by these rules and regulations. LabX reserves the right to withdraw or terminate this contest at any time without prior notice or to change the rules and regulations.
