Problem logging in?

The two most common login problems are:

  1. Your web browser must be set to accept cookies. Turn on your web browsers ability to accept cookies prior to logging in and while you work in LabX.
  2. Internet Explorer users must have their current date set correctly because of the way the Microsoft has set up Internet Explorer to work with cookies. If your date is set back or forward from the current date you may encounter problems in logging into LabX.
