LabX Fee Schedule
1. LabX Credits
At LabX, you must first purchase LabX Credits to deposit into your
LabX account before you may run any classified ads. After you have
made the purchase of LabX credits, we deduct the appropriate amount
of credit from your account when you submit your advertisement. We
use this LabX Credit system for several reasons:
- It allows you to pre-purchase your LabX ads "in bulk" and
receive "bulk pricing" discounts
- It reduces the amount of invoices we must send to you for
payment
- It streamlines the ad entry process
- It keeps you from having to re-enter your credit card information
for every ad you run
LabX credits are sold in the following "Bundle" packages. All prices
on LabX are in US Dollars. Credits must be pre-paid by credit card
before use:

2. LabX Ad Fees
At LabX, there is an initial "Credit" fee associated with each ad
type. In order to run an ad, you must have enough "Credits" in your
account to cover the charge. The fees are outlined below:

3. "Auction Stop" Fee
The "Auction Stop" option is available to sellers when they choose to
list their LabAuction ad. This price is one at which the seller is
willing to end the auction early and sell to the person who submitted
the "Auction Stop" bid. The "Auction Stop" auction must be chosen
when the ad is submitted to LabX and remains as an option for buyers up to 24
hours prior to the scheduled close of the auction. LabX has removed all fees for using the LabX Auction Stop feature. It is a free service for advertisers at this time.
4. Refunds
4.1 Refunds due to Ad Cancellation. LabX will issue
refunds for ads only on the following schedule. Cancellation
requests which do not fit the critera set forth below, will be
honored, but refunds will not be issued.
4.1.1 LabAuctions. LabX will issue a refund to your
account if we receive your request to cancel an auction within 24
hours of posting the item on the website OR before the first bid is
submitted, whichever event comes first. Requests must be sent to help@labx.com and we will consider
the request received at the time it enters our inbox. Please see the
full detail of our refund statement in our User Agreement,
Section 5.5.1.
4.1.2 All Other Classified Ads. LabX will issue a
refund to your account if we receive your request to cancel an
auction within 24 hours of posting the item on the website OR before
the first inquiry is submitted, whichever event comes first.
Requests must be sent to help@labx.com and we will consider
the request received at the time it enters our inbox. Please see the
full detail of our refund statement in our User Agreement,
Section 5.5.2.
4.2 Refunds due to Bidder Non-Compliance. LabX will commence
an investigation at the seller's request if the seller indicates that
a bidder has not followed through on his responsibility to purchase
equipment won in the LabX LabAuction forum. If LabX determines that
the buyer has not remitted payment, LabX will refund credit and the
auction stop fee (if applicable) back to the seller.
