To delete a message from the Message Center, you must first move the message to the trash area.
  1. Click the Trash tab to view current messages in the trash.
  2. Select the messages you would like to delete by ticking the message check box or clicking the All button to select all messages on a page.
  3. Select Delete Permanently from the Actions drop down menu.
  4. Click Go.
