What is a LabLink?

To set up your FREE LabLink:

1. Register or Sign In on www.labx.com.
2. Click LabLinks from the left-side menu bar.
3. Click Submit your free LabLink! from the left-side menu bar.
4. On the LabLinks - Submit Your Link page, click Submit Your Link.
5. Enter the required information.From this page you can also opt to have your company included in Google Maps.
6. Select up to 10 free categories where your link will appear.
7. Click Submit at the bottom of the page.

Note: All LabLinks will be reviewed upon submission. Your link will be available to all LabX users and must be relevant to the scientific community. Sites containing unrelated or inappropriate information will not be posted. LabX reserves the right to prohibit and remove any links submitted that are not in accordance with these guidelines.

Using XMail

If you need to have your equipment serviced, or have a technical question that needs to be answered, you can use LabLinks to send an Xmail message to multiple companies at once.

To send an XMail, please follow the steps below:

1. Register or Sign In on www.labx.com.
2. Click LabLinks from the left side menu bar.
3. Click a category relevant to your search.
4. Under the Submit button in each section, checkmark the boxes of companies that you wish to send a message to.
5. Click Submit.
6. Under Request Type, checkmark the title that best describes your message.
7. Enter your message in the Your Message area.
8. Beside Respond to me by, select how you wish to receive your response (email, phone, fax, postal mail).
9. Click Send Your Message.
