What is a Wanted Ad?

Single Item Wanted classified ads are a LabX service offered free of charge to individuals and companies looking for specific items, which may include hard-to-find or obsolete equipment and accessories. These ads are not to be used to promote a business endeavour or to encourage traffic to a business or website. Wanted ads should be for single, specific items or parts and supplies.

Various Items Wanted ads are available for multiple items that would normally be sold together and to assist multiple quantity needs for individuals or companies. The Various Item Wanted ad type is available for 1.0 listing credits.

Your ad will appear in the Wanted section, under the Category you choose for the ad, and under New Listings for seven days. The headline of your ad will also be listed in the weekly newsletter on the Sunday immediately following the day it is submitted to LabX.

Your Wanted ad will remain on the LabX system for 90 days or until you delete the ad (whichever comes first). The number of current Wanted ads for an individual or company (using multiple accounts) is limited to five (5). The purpose of limiting the number of Wanted ads is to keep LabX effective in its mission to provide a quality site to our users. If you are currently at your limit and would like to post another Wanted ad, you will need to delete an older ad first or purchase a various items wanted ad.

LabX reserves the right to reject or edit any advertisement for any reason deemed appropriate by LabX.
