What is the Service/Parts Mail List?

The Service/Parts mail list service is designed to connect labs and service companies with other labs and service companies via email for the purpose of seeking service assistance or spare parts for scientific instruments. Attempts to sell items through this moderated mail list will not be transmitted.

To send a message through the Service/Parts mail list server, please follow these steps:

1. Log onto www.labx.com.
2. Click My LabX from the top menu bar.
3. Under LabX Members, LabX Services, click Service/Parts Mail List Access.
4. Enter the subject of your message.
5. Enter your message.
6. Click Send.

To be added to the mail list, please follow these steps:

1. Log onto www.labx.com.
2. Click My LabX from the top menu bar.
3. Under LabX Members, LabX Services, click Service/Parts Mail List Access.
4. Where it says, “If you want to be on this mail list. . . .,” click Subscribe.
