How do I "block" a buyer from bidding on my ads?

By using the "Bidder Lockout" you have control over those bidding on your items.

To block a bidder from bidding on your ads, please follow these steps:

  1. Log onto www.labx.com.
  2. Click My LabX from the top menu bar.
  3. Under LabX Sellers, Auctions, click Suspend Bidders.
  4. Enter the e-mail that you would like to block from bidding on your auctions.
  5. You can submit a reason for blocking this bidder.
  6. Click Submit E-mail.
  7. Click Yes, Suspend this Bidder.
