Ad Description

The All-Purpose Mill for Rapid Grinding

Finest grinding thanks to highest speed

The FRITSCH Variable Speed Rotor Mill PULVERISETTE 14 grinds fast and effectively soft to medium-hard samples – even for sample preparation in accordance to RoHS analysis.

Temperature-sensitive samples are ground thermally very gently, because of the extremely high rotor speed. Difficult-to-grind samples such as styrene, polyester, synthetic resins, films, PVC, PP and PE can be made brittle, for instance through addition of liquid nitrogen, and then ground to analysis fineness.

Features and Benefits:

  • Rapid sample throughput as a result of high-speed grinding and simple handling
  • Simple grinding preparation and removal of the ground sample with interchangeable tool system consisting of rotor, collection vessel, sieve insert and labyrinth seal
  • Rotor and collecting vessel can be changed without tools
  • Easy, contamination free cleaning of all grinding parts outside of the instrument
  • Extensive accessories
  • Controlled rotor torque (6,000 – 20,000 rpm)
  • High speed stability even under full load
  • Optimum cooling in grinding chamber due to very high air throughput
  • Rapid-action clamping lock
