All Fill Model BS Bulk and Dribble Application with Cerebus lll Microprocessors. Included in this installation are three All Fill BS300 Fillers new in 1999 and 2002, stainless steel auger conveyors, stainless feeders, two Sweco low profile screeners, air table, Torit Down-Flo Dust Collector, Thiele Technologies Manual Line Bag Sealer and two bucket elevators. All controls, spare parts computer and printer included.Facility was designed to index and fill bags with 2 products. This was accomplished with three filling heads. Filling head 1 and 2 Dispensed the same product and filling head 3 dispensed the other product. There were two scales which also integrated with a bag placer and bag sealer. The products were fed to the fillers via inclined screw feeder. When a low product level was determined in the All-Fill Hoppers a signal was sent and the hopper was replenished. The minimum weight to be filled was 110.01 lbs. and the maximum weight was 300.01 lbs. The average weight was 150.00 lbs. and the standard deviation was 1.21 lbs.
