This powerful monitor offers complete monitoring and workstation performance in a single bedside unit, with:

  • DNA, which brings lab, pharmacy and charting applications to the point of care
  • Separate flat panel screen that displays up to eight waveforms

The SL2800 gives you the optimal combination of monitoring and patient information efficiencies, making it ideal for the most demanding care areas. As with all SL monitors, you can configure each monitor for a specific patient by your choice of parameters from our library of modules.

With the DNA option, you have charting, lab, intranet and Hospital Information System (HIS) applications right at the point of care. That makes it easy to review information from multiple sources without leaving your patient’s side. It also creates concise and complete electronic patient records effortlessly. The SL2800 includes Data Shuttle and barcode scanner support for fast, error-free identification and transfer of patient information.

Instant access to patient information is assured across the network. With special features such as Full Bed Review you can remotely view, control, review, and record patient data for any other networked or telemetry bed without leaving your patient’s side.

A range of surveillance features and alarm options helps to assure optimum patient safety while maximizing caregivers’ efficiency. With Remote View/Alarm Watch, you can see any parameter for any monitored patient on the network from any bedside. During an alarm state, waveforms and numerical data may be saved and recorded for later review. In addition, Alarm Limit Review (available with specific modules) provides a snapshot view of bedside alarm limits for all active parameters for you to view or print. And, with the ICS Clinical Event Interface, alarms and waveforms may be instantaneously sent to personal communication devices to speed response.

Flexport interfaces link patient data from standalone devices, consolidating waveforms, data and alarms within the monitor. Information is then integrated directly into the monitor trends for output to HIS and CIS applications.
