Varian / Dynamax / Rainin HPLC System with Varian Star Software and Computer.

Components:

- Two SD 200 Dynamax pumps with pump heads. Pumps were tested, both pump and purge OK. Pump CIM module is also included.

Pump A has a built-in pressure module, it can be used up to 6000 psi. Pumps work with 110/240 VAC, 50/60 Hz.

- Varian Gradient mixer

- Absorbance detector, model UV-1. Detector powers up, runs self test without error, lamp turns on.

- Rheodyne 7725 Manual injector with Rheodyne 7161 position sensing switch , 1 ml SS loop.

- Rheodyne 7030 switching valve

- Purge valve

- Rainin (Foxy 200) fraction collector

- Varian PC communication cable: from the Prostar HPLC system to the computer running the Star Workstation software.

- Varian software Star 6.4.1, loaded onto a Dell P4 computer running under Windows XP Pro OS. The software communication with pump,manual injector and UV-1 control was tested. UV-1 communication and manual injector are also wired to the pump's CIM box. This is a great high pressure mixing gradient preparative pump system.

Isco CombiFlash Sg 100c flash chromatography separation system. Components:

- Gradient pump with flow rate of 10-100 ml/min;

- UA-6 absorbance detector with type 11 optical unit containing 254 nm filter and cold room heater;

- Foxy Jr. fraction collector with rack, with the diverter valve, and injector unit.

The system was tested: all units are in perfect working condition. The whole system can be fully controlled by Foxy Jr. Detailed instructions for programming are described in the enclosed User Manual.
