This machine was surveyed off because it was not being used. It is in excelent condition and includes the cartrige. All functions respond properly. Measurements: 11.25 W x 17 F-B x 19.25 H inches Electrical: 115 Volts, 60 Hz, 2A The Millipore Milli Q Plus PF Pyrogen Free cartridge ultrafiltration is a water-polishing system that produces pure water at about 1.3 liters a minute. The Milli Q comes equipped with with high-purity ion and organic removal media. Another advantage of the Milli Q is the capillary fiber ultrafiltration device. The Millipore Milli Q Plus PF utilizes a unique hollow-fiber ultrafiltration cartridge which significantly reduces endotoxin that may produce pyrogenic reactions in cells. This produces a 5 log reduction of pyrogens with feed water containing less than 2000 EU per ml. The result is a pyrogen level of more than 0.02 EU per ml. Pyrogen free water is critical for cell cultures, in vitro fertilization and monoclonal antibody production.
