HPLC Systems and Instruments

- Waters 600 HPLC system. Here is a very clean Waters 600 quaternary system (see main image below during testing), one of the best "work-horse" HPLC systems ever made. This system is good for up to 20 ml/min for analytical and semi-prep work. This unit has no screen burn and very clean components and pump section. Includes two 484 detectors for redundant critical instrumentation, a like-new Kipp and Zonen two-pen recorder and a new Rheodyne 9125 PEEK inert path injector (that alone is over $1000.00 list!). The standard Waters column heater is also included. This complete system, shown below during testing and guaranteed plug-and-play on receipt, is only $3,950.00. We will even include a new HPLC column to get you started at no extra charge!! We can break some of this system down if the buyer does not want all items. Be assured, this is a prime unit for long term use. We can support the system for some time to come at modest cost.

- Waters Prep LC4000 Preparative HPLC system, includes its primary components - the quaternary pump module, the pump controller with cable, and a 484 detector with a flow cell having a 1 mm flow path and 1 mm bore tubing. This is a very clean system and guaranteed functional condition. It has a sparkling clean! pump section. This unit has the # 5 heads and is good for up to 150 ml/min at 4,000 psi. Pump heads include seal-washing system to extend pump seal life when using salts. We can include a recorder and/or fraction collector for modest extra cost if needed. This is a really fabulous instrument for Prep LC! $3,450.00.

- Rainin HPXL pumps (two) with pressure module and mixer. Here are two clean pumps that have the 25 heads - there are a few minor blemishes, some marks and a bit of paint loss, but mostly very clean. These were tested with an analytical column and work well at 2,000 psi at 2 mL/min, as does the pressure module. Both prime at high flow. There is also a functional mixing chamber for gradients at faster flow rates that is included in this system. Buyer will have to get tubing for this as we do not have the extra parts to make all the fluid connections. These are nice instruments for only $895.00

- Waters 484 Detector. Here is a variable wavelength analytical detector (190nm to 600nm) with a 10 mm path flow cell. Clean unit, tested for full function. $495.00.

- Waters 510 Pump. This is a very clean 510. It was tested to hold pressure at 4500 psi on both strokes with no apparent decay in pressure over 5 minutes. It also pumps 5 mL/min when at this setting. $450.00.

- Gilson 817 HPLC Injector. Manual, push button motor drive injector, comes with ribbon cable to hook up to Gilson HPLC system for programmed operation. Unused condition, with manual. $395.00.

- Kipp and Zonen BD 12. This is an unused BD 12 two-pen recorder still in the original box with all parts, also unused. We installed the fuses to run some quick tests to be sure it is working. This unused BD 12 is about 75% off list price for only $725.00

- Gilson FC-80K Micro-Fraction collector. Nice unit, full function for only $195.00.

- BioRad Column Oven. Here is a nice column oven in very clean condition. This unit gives 60 degrees C when set at that temp as measured with a traceable thermocouple. $145.00.

- Perkin Elmer LC235C Diode Array Dectector. Super clean unit showing full function. Key pad nearly flawless. Appears to have seen little use. $975.00.
