LeCroy Introduces QualiPHY DDR3 Automated Compliance Test Package
LeCroy Corporation expands its QualiPHY automated serial data compliance test solutions to include support for DDR3 with a full suite of Clock, Electrical and Timing tests as defined by the JESD79-3D JEDEC specification. Immediately available for WavePro 7 Zi and WaveMaster 8 Zi, QualiPHY DDR3 uses the ability of these high-performance oscilloscopes to measure a large number of cycles in a very short period of time.
In many cases, QualiPHY DDR3 performs several thousand measurements in the same time period competitive equipment takes to perform less than one hundred. This means QualiPHY DDR3 delivers statistically relevant results without the need for multiple acquisitions over a long period of time. The QualiPHY DDR3 test solution is capable of performing measurements on 800 MHz, 1066 MHz, 1333 MHz, 1600 MHz, and custom speed grades of DDR3 signals.

DDR3 is a high-speed memory interface commonly used in computer systems and delivers data at twice the rate of DDR2 memory buses.
