New Food Pharma Systems ProMill-8 Production Jetmill - Micronization Equipment for Production Use.

The ProMill-8 Jetmill is designed for production needs.  Typical batch sizes are between 2 kg and 1000 kg.

Available in two configurations: cosmetic/chemical and pharmaceutical, to better fit different requirements.

The ProMill-8 is the result of an unparalleled optimization study that involved the mill chamber, the nozzles and the classifier.  This optimization brings the FPS Jetmill to the lowest process gas consumption, to higher quality in terms of process performances as well as the easiest cleaning procedures. 

All connections of components have been done in order to be in compliance with cGMPs to assure quick and easy assembling and disassembling operations.  The number of components has been reduced to a  minimum in order to make the process easier and faster as the cleaning and validation activities.

The ProMill-8 is available with different options:

  • Special internal linings
  • Fully closed configuration
  • CIP and SIP version
  • Volumetric or gravimetric feeder
  • Counter-pulse cyclone or fit with filtering sleeve
  • Control from manual to full automated PLC managed, compliant to GAMP and CFR21 Part11.
  • ATEX Certified
  • Explosion proof system

The ProMill-8 may be easily integrated into a dedicated PFS isolator system to allow the process of very high active or sterile products.

Charging systems and pack-off units may be integrated into the ProMill-8 system assuring a complete process.

At FPS R&D and Test centre it is possible to perform technical trials with your products and PFS jetmills.
