Vulcan Automated Sample Preparation and Work-up System

Questron Technologies Corporation announces the introduction of the new version of its popular automated sample digestion and workup system, Vulcan. Vulcan automates and integrates a number of laboratory tasks, freeing up valuable analyst time to perform other functions.

The new version with its intuitive software has further simplified the task of sample digestion and workup. Automated and accurate addition of reagents, monitoring of temperature, and timing various multi-step events have never been simpler and more precise.

For laboratories to comply with the stringent environmental and safety regulations, Questron has also developed optional accessories. Among these are an acid-resistant exhaust blower, a compact high-efficiency scrubber to capture and treat acid fumes, and an enclosure to house reagent bottles.

Unattended operation, contamination-free digestion, syringe- or pump-based reagent addition, sample work-up, freedom from manual handling of acids, and built with uncompromising safety features make Vulcan an ideal candidate for labs having moderate to large volume of samples

“The new version of Vulcan reflects our commitment for delivering trendsetting innovations, highly performing products, and quality without compromise to our customers. We always intend to maintain collaborative relationship with our customers whose suggestions and input have contributed to the development and release of the new version of Vulcan.” - Manny Phull, President of Questron Technologies Corp.
