High Performance, Air Bypass, Benchmount Fume Hood

The UniFlow LE Fume Hood is designed for high efficiency energy saving and maximum user protection. The aerodynamic face opening with airfoil provides uniform airflow into the fume chamber. Available in sizes 36", 48", 60", 72" and 96" wide x 48" height x 32 " depth.

The VaraFlow baffle system directs the airflow through the fume chamber to the exhaust outlet with minimum turbulence and maximum airflow efficiency. To assure safe operations in accordance with SEFA-1-2002 Lab Fume Hoods Recommended Practices and ANSI Z9.5-2003 Laboratory Ventilation Standards, HEMCO recommends that all laboratory hoods be equipped with an airflow monitor.

Features:

• Composite fiberglass construction is fire-retardant and provides superior chemical resistance. Fume chamber is a one-piece design with coved corners that prevents crevice leaks and also reduces installation costs. Glass-smooth surface is durable and easy to clean.
• Vertical raising viewing sash with extended viewing height is clear tempered safety glass with corrosion/chemical-resistant PVC framing.
• Horizontal sliding or combination vertical/horizontal sashes are also available. HEMCO recommends sash stop open-height positions for maximum efficiency and user protection.
• Lighting in fume chamber is provided by a vapor-proof energy-efficient fluorescent light fixture and convenient control switch wired to the fume hood column-mounted junction box.
• Explosion-proof models for lights and blowers are also available but not wired because they must be wired to comply with local codes. All electrical components and services are UL and CSA listed. 115V 60Hz. Other voltage Hz and phase options are available for international and industry requirements.
• UniFlow LE Fume Hoods can be equipped with service fixtures for liquids and gases, plumbing, electrical services, work surfaces, sinks, base cabinets, exhaust ducting, blowers and filters to meet your exact requirements.
• UniFlow LE Hoods are shipped completely assembled, ready to install and connect to services.
• Color choices are pearl white exterior with pearl white and silver beigel. Custom colors are also available
