Space and Energy Saving, Air Bypass Compact Fume Hood

UniFlow CE Fume Hoods are a full-duty fume hood in a compact space-saving design. Available in 30”, 36”, & 48” widths. The height is 45” and the depth is 24”. Ideal for limited-space lab work requiring multiple workstations. Aerodynamic face opening with airfoil provides uniform airflow into fume chamber.

The VaraFlow baffle system directs the airflow through the fume chamber to the exhaust outlet with minimum turbulence and maximum user protection. To assure safe operations in accordance with SEFA-1-2002 Lab Fume Hoods Recommended Practices and ANSI Z9.5-2003 Laboratory Ventilation Standards, HEMCO recommends that all laboratory hoods be equipped with an airflow monitor.

Features:

• Unitized composite fiberglass construction is fire retardant and provides superior chemical resistance. Fume chamber is one-piece design with coved corners. Glass-smooth surface is easy to clean. Unitized construction is durable and reduces installation costs.
• Vertical raising viewing sash is a clear tempered safety glass with chemical resistant PVC framing with full-length sash handle.
• Horizontal sliding and combination sashes are available. HEMCO recommends sash stops positioned at the designated open height for maximum user protection and efficiency.
• A vapor-proof incandescent light fixture and a control switch provide lighting in the fume chamber. Vapor-proof light fixture is shipped wired to a junction box.
• Explosion-proof light fixture models are also available but not wired (Must be wired to comply to local codes). All electrical components and services are UL and CSA listed. 115V 60Hz. Other voltage Hz and phase options are available for international and industry requirements.
• UniFlow CE Fume Hoods can be equipped with service fixtures, plumbing, electrical services, work surfaces, sinks, base cabinets, exhaust ducting, blowers and filters to meet your exact requirements.
• UniFlow CE Hoods are shipped completely assembled ready to install and connect to services.
• Color choices are pearl white exterior with pearl white and silver beige. Custom colors are also available.
