ALARM SYSTEM ENHANCES INTEGRATION, PROTECTION, CONVENIENCE

CONCOA has introduced an improved version of its ADVANTIUM remote alarm series, the new ADVANTIUM Plus Series of easy-to-install remote alarm systems, which offers unmatched gas monitoring advantages in flammable and hazardous applications.

Designed for use with all CONCOA automatic switchover systems, the new ADVANTIUM Plus Series offers superior integration, protection, and convenience by allowing end-users to monitor normally open or closed contact devices with a single flip of a switch. Systems can be configured for inert or flammable gases utilizing CONCOA’s innovative intrinsic safety barriers, allowing end-users to safely monitor flammable gas cylinder contents via a remote alarm on a CONCOA switchover.

Equipped now with multiple dry contact relay outputs, the ADVANTIUM 2 Plus Series allows operators to activate other sensors or devices for both right and left bank alarm conditions. The series, including the ADVANTIUM Plus 1 and ADVANTIUM Plus 2, is available in 120/220 VAC configurations and offers visual and now selectable on/off audible alarm notification equipped with a convenient silencing button. Visual alarm indication is accomplished with dual color LEDs, and the audible alarm is a 93 db pulsating alarm that can be deactivated using simple dip switch settings.

Additionally, the alarm conveniently resets itself after empty cylinders have been replaced. The optional telemetry system allows for off-site notification via telephone with unique line capture function permitting round-the-clock facility gas monitoring. Using a common line that is automatically captured to begin the dialing sequence lowers installation costs and makes the ADVANTIUM Plus Series alarm the ideal choice for all gas monitoring applications.
