Delivering up to 4,000 cfh from Standard Liquid Cans, Manifold Is Ideal for High-Flow Applications
Designed for use with the company’s IntelliSwitch II Series switchover and 623 delivery systems, the 630 Series manifold together with the 629 vent kit allows for integrating an adjustable auxiliary pressure-building circuit that can push liquid through the manifold faster than the cylinder’s internal pressure building coil. Extending the flow range of common liquid cylinders up to four times the rated gaseous withdrawal capacity, the vented manifold is an ideal solution for laser, furnace blanketing, and other high-flow applications.
The cryogenic manifold is portable and can either be permanently wall-mounted or simply hung on a cylinder’s protective ring. The ideal asset to complement existing liquid can inventories, the 630 Series enables users to forgo purchasing dedicated cylinders costing substantially more, allowing for quick response to changing market demands.
The manifold can be expanded to accommodate three to six liquid cylinders. Maximum operating pressure is 500 psig, offering the flexibility to utilize 230, 350 or 500 psig-rated cylinders. Standard safety features include a spring-loaded non-return valve for each cylinder to prevent cross-cylinder backflow. A positive shutoff limits the amount of liquid discharge during cylinder exchange, and an extended stem master shut-off valve ensures isolation under extreme cryogenic temperatures.
A re-settable relief valve mounted on a stainless gooseneck tube prevents over-pressurization where liquid may be trapped. Constructed from brass bar stock and mounted on a stainless panel, the 630 manifold weighs less than 12 lbs.
