The new BWB 2012 range has just been launched and offers significant improvements in ease of use, accuracy, stability, automation and reliability. Just a few of the innovations of latest 2012 flame photometers are:

• Auto Read - Many users have expressed the desire for the BWB Flame Photometer to automatically determine when the reading is stable and to then lock the readings on the display. This new Auto read function of the BWB 2012 flame photometers eliminates any operator interpretation or prejudice from the results.
• Integrated Printer - The BWB-PRINT option for the BWB Technologies line of Flame Photometers is an easy to use thermal printer allowing the user to print results. Many customers require just a simple print out of results and a reduced instrument footprint without a requirement to have a dedicated computer for recording results from their flame photometer. The new BWB-PRINT functionality and the operation of the printer within the Flame Photometer is very easy and only needs a couple of key presses. The printer benefits from the addition of the Auto read function detailed above and allows greater automation and reproducibility of results from the BWB flame photometer. With unriveled flexibility of selections the Printer option produces results in the units of measure dictated by User set up menu selections.
• Improved sample introduction - The improved side entry nebulizer provides enhanced adjustability at the Factory for those specific applications where adjusting the aspiration rate is tantamount to success in the field. The gas line entry is now to the lower chamber of the moulded mixing chamber. This has sound engineering basis as this lowers the "noise" inherent in the atomization phase in the flame itself. There are internal component changes that are not visible as well that reduce noise and facilitate greater mixing of the aspirated sample. Also assists in using lower caloric gases such as bottled LPG or pipeline natural gas.
• New Non Glass Drain Cup - Constructed in a unique ThermoPlastic so chemical resistance is a non issue. The unit has milled indentations on three sides of it that allow it to be snapped into existing location clip where the prior Glass Drain Cup has resided.
