Miele Offers Five Year Limited Warranty for System4Lab Purchases.

Miele, a world renowned leader in critical cleaning applications, has introduced a new concept in cleaning technology with the release of System4Lab – offering customers not just a glassware washer, but the purchase of a guaranteed solution, which includes a competent machine, the right detergents, expert service and application support for the life of the machine --- and a new five year limited warranty*

System 4Lab is Miele’s complete solution for reprocessing glassware, which includes four components:

• Competent Machinery - 90% of a Miele glassware washer is constructed of 304/316 stainless steel. With powerful pumps and heating elements, Miele glassware washers deliver consistent precision and analytically clean results.
• Dedicated Service - Miele provides a nationwide service network, comparable to none with call center support free-of-charge. As an international leader in critical cleaning systems; Miele makes parts replacement and availability a priority. Genuine Miele parts are stocked in the U.S., quality inspected and backed by our 90 day warranty.
• Chemistry and Detergents - neodisher® detergent packages tailored to the needs of the customer.
• Application Support Lab - Exclusive application laboratory in Princeton, New Jersey providing complimentary world class application assistance for the life of the machine.

As part of the new System4Lab program, Miele undercounter and large chamber laboratory glassware washers are covered under a five year limited warranty*.  This Limited Warranty commences after Miele’s original manufacturer’s 1 year warranty expires.  It will stay in effect for 4 years and covers: wash chamber construction, control electronic/microprocessor, circulation pumps and drain pumps.  The limited warranty is also based on the customer’s ongoing use of neodisher® detergents in the Miele glassware washer from time of initial purchase throughout the five years.

*This limited warranty includes Miele’s standard 1 year manufacturer’s warranty and an extended limited warranty for the remaining 4 years. This warranty will be offered through 2012 and is subject to renewal by Miele.
