Includes: GW Electronics- Backscattered Electron Detector Type 113A/30A; JEOL Ultra high Resolution Scanning System - EM-ASID-4D; PGT (Princeton Gamma Tech Inc.) - Standard Beryllium and Omega Window Si(Li) Detectors for Microanalysis System. Some repairs may be required. All Manuals both Operator & Service Manuals are included.
