Used chemicals and process equipment ltd. stainless steel vertical PRE-MIX disperser. approximately 4 900 litre capacity. unit measures approximately 1840 mm diameter x 1840 mm straight side. unit has bolted dished top and welded inverted dished bottom heads. unit includes stainless steel 3 tier 2 blade pitched paddle type agitator driven by an 11kW 415V 20A 1460RPM motor through a renold gearbox ratio 23.23/1. also includes scraped surface type agitator with ptfe wall scrappers driven by a 4kW 415V 8.2A 1430RPM motor through a renold gearbox ratio 162.48/1 and a high speed saw tooth blade mixer driven through a 37kW 415V 65A 1470RPM hydraulic power pack. unit also has a stainless jacket on bottom section of straight side and bottom dish which is rated at 5 bar design pressure at 50 deg. c. unit is mounted on (4) legs. unit has a side bottom
