Currently configured to 18 lanes, can be set up from 5 to 20 lanes. Suitable for counting all types of tablets & capsules. Manufactured to easy clean cGMP standards. A sanitary conveyor is fitted as standard with S/S guide rails & plastic slats. Gating cylinders fitted. Vibrators fitted beneath the slats to settle the tablets into the slat cavities as they move towards the top of the machine. A top rotary brush ensures that dust, broken tablets or “doubled-up” tablets are wiped away before the slats release the tablets into the funnels. Dust is extracted using a separate dust extraction unit (can be supplied seperately) with connections on front shutter, top brush & internal vacuum pipe. Product range: tablet sizes 3-25mm, capsule size 00-5, container diameter 15-125mm, Full inter-locking guarding. In feed conveyor included. Size: 3700mm x 1600mm x 2500mm high.
