Used Lee Industries Double Motion Vacuum Kettle, Model 850U9MS, 850 Gallon, 316 Stainless Steel, Vertical. 66" diameter x 89" straight side. Dished top and bottom. #4 Internal finish non-code rated for FV/15 psi at -20 to 250 deg F. 304 Stainless steel Uniflow coil jacket rated 125 PSI at -20 to 250 deg F. 1-1/2" Thick fiberglass insulation with 304 stainless steel sheathing, fixed stainless steel agitator bridge. Dual motion agitator, anchor style with scrapers, inner bar type agitator, driven by a 25 HP, 3/60/230/460 volt motor thru a Lee heavy duty DM-3 gear box, output 25.75 rpm, maximum product viscosity 750,000 CPS. Top entering spray ball. Openings top 1", (2) 1-1/2" tri-clamp, (2) 2" tri-clamp, (2) 3" sight-glass, 3-1/2" drive, 18" man-way with cover. 4" tri-clamp center bottom outlet. Mounted on 4 stainless steel legs, approximate 18" discharge height.
