For Sale: Reactor 50 gallon HC Hicks & Sons chemical reactor, 50 psi internal, 125 psi jacket, 3/4 hp agitator

HC Hicks & Sons 50 gallon stainless steel reactor. Serial # 7700057B, National Board # 501. Reactor is equipped with 3/4 hp 2500 rpm Lightnin agitator. The agitator shaft is 38" long and 1" in diameter with two 6-blade, 7" diameter props. The vessel measures 20" diameter x 30" straight side with 5" dish bottom and top. The vessel has an internal rating of 50 psi @ 300f. The Mueller built dimpled jacket is rated for 125 psi @ 400f. The top of the reactor has (6) 1.5", (2) 2" threaded fittings and two 2.75" sight windows. The jacket has (2) 1" threaded fittings. The bottom is supported in a full ring cradle and has 1" fittings for a bottom heating coil. This unit does not have a center discharge. Requires 230 vac 3 ph electrical supply. Good Condition.
