Filler Data Scale net weight filler, model 5501-S, 60 drums per hour
Data Scale model 5501-S net weight sub-surface foaming liquid drum filler. It can fill 55 gallon drums at speeds up to 1 container per minute. Filler has 2 fill speeds, full flow when both valves are open all the way and dribble flow when one valve is restricted, which is mechanically adjustable on the valve. Filler has a 2" inlet and 1.5" outlet. Filler is capable of .1% fill accuracy. Unit is constructed of carbon steel and 316 stainless steel contact part. Filler has pneumatically operated fill head and manual fill for manual topping-off or flushing of line. Requires 115 vac electrical supply and 80-100 psi with 3 cfm pneumatic supply.
