For Sale: Mixer and Blender 250 gallon Scott Turbon Mixer Dixie medium shear mixer, 15 hp, Stainless Steel

Dual Scott Turbon Dixie Mixers on stand. Each unit has a 250 gallon stainless steel mixer. The tanks are 36" diameter with a 55" straight side height and 4" dish bottoms. The tops have hinged lids each with (1) 2" Tri-Clamp sanitary fitting and the bottoms have a 3" Tri-Clamp sanitary center discharge. The mixers use (3) squirrel cage type mixers in bottom of the tanks to produce medium shear mixing. The center mixer measures 16" diameter x 6" wide and the other two outer mixers measure 12" diameter x 6" wide. Mixers are driven by 15 hp 1175 RPM electric motors. Unit is capable of producing loose emulsions in product. The tank is supported on a stainless steel frame. Requires 230/460 vac 3 phase electrical supply.
