Bottle sealing machine for pressure sealing of any kind of caps, for round shaped bottles.

Cast grey iron structure, includes a high-speed conveyor belt, a vibrating cap-feeder, a group of blocking elements around the tower transporting bottles by constant rotation and an electronic control panel.
The caps arrive from the vibrating feeder on the conveyor and at its end they are grabbed by a mechanical hand interdependent from each element.
The hand places the cap on the bottles mouth. When the tower conveyed the bottle to the way out an extractor grabs it and moves it towards the discharge part of the conveyor belt.
Equipped with 2 control devices. One ensures the presence of the bottle in front of the blocking section. The other one guarantees the accurate central position of both the bottle and of the cap.
It is possible to change between three speed levels with the help of an externally controlled speed converter.
Format change is easy and quick, does not require special assistance.
