K Lev Painted Steel and Rubber lined 50,000 Litre Vertical lagged and Aluminuim clad External Storage Tank complete with Lederle Mono type Discharge Pump, CE Rated

  • Item 1, The Vertical Mild Steel Painted and internally Rubber lined, externally lagged and Aluminium clad, 2,400mm diameter x 16,000mm high, 50,000 Litre, ( 13,210 US Gallon ), Storage Tank, is fitted with a domed top fitted with a central flanged cover, in which are welded 4 x 200mm diameter flanged top inlets, 3 being blanked and one fitted with a 100mm diameter piped inlet. The top of the tank is also fitted with 4 lifting lugs
  • The domed top is covered by a grilled platform, and surrounded by a 1100mm high handrail and toerail, which is linked to the side mounted vertical top access hooped ladder.
  • This Mild Steel Tank is rated to hold Chemicals at 0.1 - 2.5 Bar pressure, (3.25 Test Pressure), at temperatures upto 200 degrees C. The external skin of the tank is lagged and Aluminium Clad.
  • The bottom side of the tank is fitted with a 3m high lagged / clad bolted 500mm diameter Manway, and a lower mounted 2m high hinged, lagged / clad Tank domed bottom access doorway.
  • The domed bottom of the tank is fitted with a 200mm diameter x 2200mm high central manually valved outlet, plus 5 x 80mm diameter surrounding Tank outlets. The tank weighs approx 10,000 Kgs.

  • Item 2, Lederle Skid mounted Cetrifugal Discharge pump, Year 1997, Rated to pump 1000 Kgs/m3 density x 80 degree C product at the rate of 20m3/hour, at upto 18 Bar pressure, driven by a Exe Rated, 500volt, 3 Phase, 50Hz, 6.5 Amp, Drive unit. The Pump measures 1300 x 400 x 600mm high, and weighs approx 300 Kgs.
