Designed burner thermal duty of 15mm BTU/ hour from the combustion of PLW. SLW may also be feed with a maximum thermal duty of 3.5mm BTU/hour. Primary Liquid Waste Flow: 2,500 lbs/hr. Secondary Liquid Waste Flow: 3,000 lbs/hr. Operating temperature ranges from 1800 to 2200 °F and a nominal residence time of 1.5 seconds. 99.99% organic destruction efficiency 99.9999% dioxin and furan destruction efficiency. Combustion chamber consists of a carbon steel chamber that is lined with several inches of alumina firebrick and backed with castable refactory lining.
