• This train include an air prep unit that is integrated with a Kathabar unit to achieve very low dew-points, an integrated in room bag house, an integrated solution delivery system that utilizes precision flow control valves and flow meters per spray nozzle for precise solution delivery control.
• The exhaust train is through a Fike deflagration containment valve system to a thermal catalytic oxidizer.
• Integrated into the recipe controlled system (PLC/Wonderware)
