Homogenizer 7.5 hp Process Mixing Systems batch high shear mixer model DFC-8-75, 1765 rpm, Stainless Steel
Process Mixing Systems Mixer Grinder. Mixer is constructed of stainless steel. Is direct driven by a 7.5 hp motor at 1765 rpm. Model DFC-8-7.5. Mixer serial number 1094-1093. Built in 1991. Head is 10" in diameter. Does a fine grind. Comes with 2 spare 10" grinding plate assemblies. Requires 230/460 vac 3 phase electrical supply. Mixer is attached by bridge to 150 gallon conical bottomed, carbon steel tank. Tank is 36" in diameter with a 30" straight side height and 18" conical bottom. Tank has a 6" center discharge and (2) 2" threaded inlets on side. Overall height with tank and mixer is 84".
