Heat Exchanger 202 sq.ft. Mueller plate heat exchanger, Stainless Steel
Mueller Accu-Therm 202 sq ft stainless steel plate heat exchange. Has (41) 54" x 17" plates. National Board # 41142. Model AT40 F-20. Serial # 351509. Maximum working pressure is 150 psi @ 350° F. Minimum Design Metal Temperature is 32° F @ 150 psi. Maximum pack length for 41 plates is 9.39" and minimum is 9.07" (currently at 9.07"). Heat exchanger has (4) 3" sanitary Tri-Clamp inlets/outlets. Gasket material is EPDM. Plates are on stainless steel rods that connect to carbon steel ends. Built in 2005. Good condition.
