Coulter T540 Hematology Analyzer. Beckman/Coulter T540 is a quantitative and automated hematology analyzer, which is designed for in vitro diagnostic use in clinical laboratories. Beckman/Coulter T540 is capable of measuring the following seven parameters: WBC, RBC, Hgb, Hct, Plt, L%, and L#. Using a sample volume of 100 uL, you can measure 40 CBCs per hour. The specific features of the Beckman/Coulter T540 include self-cleaning blood sampling valve, automatic dilution, alert indicators and automated backwash, triplicate counting, pulse editing, sweep flow, coincidence correction, automatic calibration, and rinsing and electronic aperture cleaning. The analyzers startup time is less than 5 minutes and cycle time is 90 seconds. Dimensions: 20"h x 25"w x 20"d. Weight: 90 lb.
