Reactor 200 gallon Mueller chemical reactor, 50 psi internal, 150 psi jacket, 1 hp agitator
Paul Mueller 200 gallon 304 stainless steel Reactor. Serial # P11720-15. National Board # 9906 Interior is rated for 50 psi @ 450 f. The shell is rated a 150 psi @ 450 f with a glycol medium. Shell is also rated for full Vacuum. The tank is 36" in diameter with 32" straight side height and 8" dish bottom and dome top. Agitator is a 3 blade prop type with a 200 rpm Philadelphia 1 hp motor drive. The top has a 18" manway cover with pnuematic assist and glass view port. Top also has (3) 2" sanitary fittings, (3) 3" sanitary fittings and a 6 flange fitting with a glass view port. The bottom has a 2" sanitary center discharge. The side has 4" flange fittings (currently covered with plate). Requires 230 vac 3 ph electrical supply. Built in 1984. Good Condition.
