1-USED R.A.S. process equipment approx. 150 gallon type 316 stainless STEEL, SANITARY, JACKETED, agitated cone bottom pressure KETTLE, S/N 930969-1. internal dimensions approx. 42" diameter x 20" on straight side plus approx. 15" deep cone bottom head. vessel is jacketed for 100 psi @ 250 degrees f and rated internally 50 psi @ 250 degrees F, national board number 451, code stamped. with top mounted lightnin XJSS-30 agitator drive (S/N 93-B61731-2) and stainless steel pitched bladed agitator with stabilizing ring. also with digital variable frequency controller. vessel has dished top with approx. 16" diameter manway with hinged lid and six (6) assorted top inlets. has cone bottom with center bottom outlet. vessel on stainless steel tubular legs with casters for portability.
