Used Ross Dual Shaft 4 Gallon Vacuum Stainless Steel Planetary Mixer & High Speed Disperser, Model PDM-DS-4 (Powermix). Unit features Stainless steel jacketed bowl (100 PSI maximum jacket pressure), designed for vacuum operation. Ross standard planetary design mixing blade and secondary Ross design high speed disperser. Unit is mounted on a large portable stainless steel base with integral discharge press. Integral hydraulic discharge press with ram for discharging extremely high viscosity products. Ram follower plate matches existing 4 gallon can. The unit has an integral control panel with digital tachometers, digital temperature indicator, Allen Bradley keypad touch speed control, dual VFD's (varispeed). Integral hydraulic pump mounted in the lower rear cabinet which allows lowering/raising of the mixing bowl and for operation of the discharge press. Mixer is designed to operate at approx. 50 RPM and the high speed disperser from 1000-3000 RPM. Viscosities up to 3,000,000 CPM maximum.
