LKB Biochrom 4050 Ultrospec II UV/Vis Spectrophotometer. Powers fine and in good physical condition. Designed as a simple to use instrument capable of producing rapid measurement of light absorption or transmission in both the ultra-violet and visible spectra. Ease of operation is achieved by using a microprocessor to perform most of the repetitive talks usually requiring prolonged operator action. The instrument is capable of performing absorbance, concentration and transmittance measurements on up to five samples plus on reference at wavelengths in the 200 nm to 900 nm range. Ideal for biological samples when using standard 10 mm cuvettes. Sold as-is without any warranty expressed or implied plus additional packing/handling fee of $25.00.
