Roche Cobas e 411

The Roche Cobas e 411 is an automated immunoassay analyzer that leverages Roche's patented ElectroChemiLuminescence (ECL) technology. It's capable of both quantitative and qualitative in vitro assay determinations for numerous applications. The Cobas e 411 has an intelligent sample workflow characterized by carryover-free pipetting to avoid cross-contamination and has automated sample reruns. It's also capable of continuous random access and flexible STAT priority settings.

The analyzer is available as either a rack or disk sample handling system, whichever format best suits your needs. The Cobas e 411 has a high degree of sensitivity and reproducibility, as well as being very reliable. 18 assays can be run at a max throughput of 86 tests per hour, with 100 different assays available to run. It also offers 9-minute STAT applications for emergency sample assays, including high-sensitive Troponin T, Creatine-Kinase MB, Myoglobin, Parathyroid Hormone (PTH), and human Chorionic Gonadotrophin (hCG).

The Cobas e411 is part of the Cobas® 4000 analyzer series, which also includes the Cobas c 311 analyzer for clinical chemistry.
