Selling on LabX with Ad Plans
Simple, Flexible, and Affordable.
With the launch of our new website, LabX has retired our Credit System for posting ad listings and introduces a new pricing structure for listing products. Going forward seller fees for listings will be done through Ad Plans, which are designed to make listing high volumes of products quick, efficient, and flexible.
To ensure a smooth transition and to learn more about Ad Plans, please read the following information. Your dedicated LabX Account Manager will be able to answer any additional questions you may have regarding the changes to selling on LabX.
Understanding Ad Plans
Simply put, Ad Plans allow you to have a maximum amount of product listings active on LabX for the duration of your Ad Plan.
Max Quantity of Ad Listings Live
The level of an Ad Plan dictates the maximum amount of ad listings that you can have active on LabX at any given time during your program dates.
For example: A seller with a Small Business Plan can have up to 25 listings live at all times during their Ad Plan program.
Listings Expired When Your Ad Plan Expires
Your ad listings expire on the same date as your Ad Plan.
For example: If you post a listing with 250 days left on your plan, that listing will be active for 250 days unless you manually remove it earlier. If you have 15 days left in your Ad Plan and run a new listing, that ad will be live for 15 days.
Swap Listings In and Out
If a seller has reached their max listing amount, they can make one of their ads inactive (-1) and then run an additional listing (+1). There is no limit on the amount of times you can start or rerun a listing. Your Ad Plan only caps the amount of listings that can be live at any given time.
Fixed Seller Fees
The cost of Ad Plans vary based on the duration of your program and the quantity of ad listings.

No Need To Re-Run - Manage Your Account Based on Inventory Changes
Ad Plans have removed the need to re-run your listings every 90 days. Instead, your listings will expired on the same date as your Ad Plan. As long as your Ad Plan is active, your ad listings are active. Managing your listings is still necessary to remove products that sold and are no longer available.
Swap In and Out Product Listings
Remove sold or unpopular listings and swap in new inventory with ease and at no cost! You can change the status of active listings to inactive and replace those positions newly added listings or inactive ones stored in your account.
Easy to List and Easy to Manage
Your account Dashboard contains a count of the listings remaining available on your Ad Plan. You can also view what Ad Plan you currently have and the expiry date.
Flexible Seller Rates to Help You Sell More
Ad Plans are offered with a range of maximum quantity of product listings and program durations. The more you want to sell, the lower the daily rate of ad listings. If you haven’t reached your maximum product count but don’t have any more high-ticket items to list - try listing your smaller items or consumables. Your Ad Plan entitles you to that listing space on LabX, so go ahead and use it!
Listing Overages? The Pay-As-You-Go Option Keeps You Selling
Have you reached your Ad Plan cap of products but still want more product listings live? You can list additional products using Pay-As-You-Go, the same listing fee available to all LabX sellers. The listings will cost $30 each and will run for 90 days. They are not applied to your listing count for your Ad Plan and maintain an independant expiry date.
The Migration - Your Business Is Our Business
All LabX sellers with over 5 credits in their account have been migrated to an Ad Plan that is of equal or greater value and lasts at least 30 days. For your specific assignment, start by logging in to your LabX Account. On your Seller Dashboard on the left side you will see the Ad Plan you have been assigned, the amount of active listings currently running, the remaining count of products you can list, and the expiry date of your plan.

Picking the right Ad Plan for your business deserves some time and thought. LabX has temporarily matched you to an Ad Plan based on your selling history. Your LabX Account Representative is available to assist in the decision of your next Ad Plan so you can continue selling. To select your next Ad Plans, ask these questions to ensure your business gets the most out of your Ad Plan.
If you are used to listing around 40 products at any given time, then we suggest a plan with 50 listings allowed. Do you have more items in your inventory that you don’t typically list on LabX? Try an Ad Plan with a higher product cap to take advantage of the lower listing costs.
If you tend to purchase a large sum of credits on an annual basis and then spend them throughout the year, then a 365 day plan is best for you. If you more sporadic in the times that you list products, then opt for a shorter duration Ad Plan.
If the count of products you normally list on LabX remains relatively stable, then opt for a longer duration Ad Plan to take advantage of lower rates. If your inventory is constantly fluctuating and it is hard to say whether tomorrow you will have 100 products or 5 products for sale, then an Ad Plan with a shorter duration is recommended.
Be sure to check the expiry date of your Ad Plan. If you do not extend your Ad Plan beyond the expiry date, all of your ad listings will become inactive following that date.

Ad Plans are offered with a range of listing quantities and time durations. Which suits your business needs?

- Seller Ad Plans must be purchased through a LabX Account Representative.
- Custom Plans are available for listing quantities above 200 or for unique selling needs.
- If you want to sign up for a longer duration program but prefer a payment plan rather than a lump sum, contact your Account Representative to arrange a payment schedule.
- No commission is charged on the final sale of products from ad listings.
