Changing Your Personal Information

Updating your personal information, such as your email, address, or phone number on your LabX account can be done with ease. Simply follow the steps below:

• Log in to your Account.
• From My Dashboard, click ‘Account Information’ on the left navigation.
• On this page you can change you email address, password, shipping/billing addresses, and your email preferences.
• Make sure you save your changes on any pages you edit.

Changing your Email Address

Updating your email address on your LabX account can be done anytime. To change your email address on LabX, simply follow these steps:

• Log in to your Account.
• From My Dashboard, click ‘Account Information’ on the left navigation.
• Click ‘Edit Contact Info’.
• Enter in the new email address you want associated with your account. You will need to also enter your current password.
• Save your changes.

Change or Retrieve Password

To change your LabX password, please follow these steps:

• Log in to your Account.
• From My Dashboard, click ‘Account Information’ on the left navigation.
• Click ‘Edit Contact Info’.
• Enter in the new password you would like to use. You will need to also enter your current password.
• Save your changes.

Changing your LabX Newsletter and Promotional Email Preferences

The easiest way to update your email preferences is to click the link at the bottom of one of our emails that says “Click to unsubscribe or manage your email preferences”.

To change your email preferences from your account, please follow these steps:

• Log in to your Account.
• From My Dashboard, click ‘Account Information’ on the left navigation.
• Click ‘Edit Email Subscription Settings’.
• You can select and unselect the emails that you would like to receive.
• Save your changes.
