Packaging - Bubble wrap, packing paper and boxes are selected to fit the items perfectly. All freight items will be palletized, shrink wrapped and strapped for an additional cost. - If your order is damaged upon receipt, please refuse the package/pallet so a claim can be filed with the carrier. Shipping and Local Pickup Domestic Shipping in Continental United States: - Unless otherwise stated all orders sent to a continental USA location will be shipped via UPS or USPS - Shipping cost is calculated by zip code at check out. Note some items may include free or fixed rate shipping. - Freight quotes will be provided promptly upon request, or one can select Local Pickup and manage the transportation pickup and expense directly. Additionally, reLink offers and will quote palletization services upon request. Current rates are $175 for packing and palletizing each standard pallet (Standard pallet size is 48”x40”x60”) and $300 for packing and palletizing each non-standard pallet. $350 for packing and palletizing each custom reinforced pallet. Crating will require a charge for materials and labor. Please contact us to request a quote and have this charge added to your invoice. - Please allow at least 3 business days to process freight shipments - Small package shipments have a standard 3 business day handling time - We do not accept FedEx labels or Freight bill of ladings. Shipping Internationally or Outside the Continental United States: - Unless otherwise stated all international small package orders will be shipped via USPS. - Our dimensional weight limit for international small package shipping is 79”. - Please contact us for international freight shipping options. - reLink offers and will quote palletization services upon request for buyer facilitated freight. Current rates are $175 for packing and palletizing each standard pallet (Standard pallet size is 48”x40”x60”) and $300 for packing and palletizing each non-standard pallet. $350 for packing and palletizing each custom reinforced pallet.
