We will hand deliver the cytometer and set it up for you. Hand Delivery will be free if you are within 300 miles from Boston, and $1,800 you are more than 300 miles from us in contiguous 50 states. We want you to have the opportunity to use it and confirm that the cytometer is fully functional and in pristine conditions. We will hand-deliver and set it up for you because we know you will love this cytometer, just like we do. In the unlikely event that you are not happy with the cytometer, we offer a 30-day warranty, subject to a 20% restocking fee. The buyer pays for return shipping and additional repair fee if the product is damaged by the buyer or during return shipping. To order, the buyer pays $2,500 down payment to arrange for delivery. The balance will be due upon demonstration that the cytometer is functional. In the unlikely event that the buyer does not accept the cytometer at no fault of the seller after successful functional demonstration, the down payment will not be refunded.
