SHIPPING POLICY: Omni R&D ships laboratory and industrial equipment to customers throughout the United States and internationally. Due to the size, weight, and sensitive nature of our products, most orders ship via freight carrier on pallets with professional crating. Shipping costs are calculated on a per-order basis and depend on equipment dimensions, weight, destination, and selected service level. In-stock equipment ships within 5–10 business days of payment confirmation. Built-to-order and custom equipment lead times typically range from 6–14 weeks depending on complexity and specifications; your sales representative will provide a confirmed lead time at the time of order. Accessories and consumables ship within 3–5 business days when in stock. Domestic orders ship via LTL freight with tracking information provided via email upon dispatch. Liftgate service is available upon request for an additional charge. International orders ship FOB Pomona, CA unless otherwise negotiated; the buyer is responsible for all duties, import taxes, customs brokerage fees, and regulatory compliance required for the destination country. Customers are responsible for inspecting all shipments upon delivery and noting any visible damage on the carrier's bill of lading before signing. If equipment arrives with visible damage, do not refuse the shipment — accept delivery, note all damage on the delivery receipt, photograph the packaging and damage thoroughly, and contact Omni R&D within 48 hours at info@omnirnd.com or 1-626-536-8052. We strongly recommend purchasing freight insurance for all equipment orders.Return Policy:
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Equipment must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging and crating. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained from Omni R&D prior to shipping any return; unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Proof of purchase is required. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs including freight, crating, and insurance. A 50% restocking fee applies to all non-defective returns of in-stock equipment, covering inspection, repackaging, and recertification costs. All sales of custom, built-to-order, or specially configured equipment are final and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. If equipment arrives defective or develops a fault within the warranty period, contact Omni R&D immediately — warranty claims are handled separately and are not subject to restocking fees. All Omni R&D equipment includes a one-year parts warranty and lifetime technical support. To initiate a return, contact us at info@omnirnd.com or 1-626-536-8052 to request an RMA number, then ship the equipment to Omni R&D LLC, 3695 East Pomona Blvd., Pomona, CA 91768 with the RMA number on all labels and documentation. Upon receipt the equipment will be inspected and you will be notified via email of approval or denial. Approved refunds, less any applicable restocking fee and original shipping costs, will be processed to the original method of payment within 10–15 business days.Omni R&D
